Our showroom appointments are reserved for a minimum quantity of custom or wedding invitations only. If you would like to order from our pre-designed collection of stationery, party & shower invitations, napkins, cups, etc please contact us and you can place an order via email or online. If you are interested in custom or wedding invitations, please book a phone consultation with the calendar below. After our conversation, we email an estimate for you to review, and if needed we schedule a consultation in our showroom to go over the design, printing, and paper. Our office is located on 400 East Main Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Please read below for information about the ordering process. We look forward to hearing from you!

MEETING

Our showroom appointments are reserved for a minimum quantity for either wedding or custom orders. We apologize about the inconvenience, but we are not a storefront. If you would like to place an order for all other pieces (party, shower, stationery, cups, napkins, kooziees, etc) online or via email, please email us at tickledink@gmail.com. We send a quote for all orders, whether we meet online or in person. The client (you) looks over everything, and decides whether they want to place an order.

ORDERING

You have decided to work with us (yay!) and we will send a contract for you to e-sign. After the contract is e-signed, we take a 50% non-refundable down payment, and we will begin the design process. Because every design is different, we will give you a timeline to expect the proofs. If you have a custom design or painting, it can take up to 3-4 weeks before proofs are sent, sometimes longer depending on the design. This will all be discussed in the initial meeting. The Client has up to two additional proofs with changes. Any proofs after this will be an additional fee of $30 per proof. 

READY, SET, PRINT!

The printing of the proofs begin one business day after the Client has approved everything. We are not responsible for any errors that the Client has approved so it is very important that you send all the wording correctly and that you proofread. Flat (digital) printing takes 7-10 business days to print, and letterpress, thermography, and engraving takes 12-18 business days. If your order includes custom boxes, laser cutting, assembling, and other embellishments please allow for additional production time. We will give you a timeline for printing based on your order in your contract. Shipping is not including in the quote, and Tennessee residents will be subject to a 9.25% sales tax. 

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately we do not deliver your orders, you will need to arrange a time to pick up at our office studio on 400 East Main Street. If you prefer that we mail your orders, we are happy to do that with the shipping fee. We hope that you love everything, as we put a lot of TLC in each design and order! Thank you for working with us!
